This website, figentra.com, is operated by Figentra Technologies FZ-LLC, a Free Zone Limited Liability Company licensed by the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (licence no. 47034892), registered at VUNE3340, Compass Building, Al Hulaila Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates ("Figentra", "we").
What this website collects
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it has no forms. It collects no personal data about visitors.
Like every website, it is delivered through a hosting provider (Cloudflare), which processes technical data such as IP addresses briefly to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. We do not use that data to identify you.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of our correspondence, and we keep it for as long as that conversation is relevant. We do not sell it or share it for marketing.
Our apps and products
Each Figentra product, including its iOS and Android apps, has its own privacy policy that describes the data that product processes. It is linked from the product and from its App Store and Google Play listing.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Write to info@figentra.com; we reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
